Vision

El Sausal Middle School Counseling Department’s vision is to support the development of students' skills, knowledge and attitude so that they can achieve their academic, personal goals and obtain knowledge about careers.  Students will be able to understand the  value of being a life-long learner and see the importance of having respect for self and others.  We will establish a mindset of success that will support students beyond their middle school years and beyond the classroom.
 

Mission

The mission of El Sausal Middle School Counselors is to maintain a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders including students, parents/guardians, school personnel, and community members.  Furthermore, we  hope to provide students equal access to a comprehensive school counseling program that fosters students’ academic, career, and social/emotional advancement.
