Principal's Message

Welcome new and returning Spartans! The coming year will be full of excitement and learning. We hope to continue building on the accomplishments that we have had over he past years. Our school continues to be committed to becoming a California Distinguished School. In order to reach this goal we must live by four Spartan Principles:
 
  1. Attend school daily
  2. Complete all class work daily
  3. Complete all homework daily
  4. Read 1 hour daily
 
Take pride in being a Spartan by practicing these principles. Also, remember that Spartans are Peace builders. We take pride in being one of the safest schools in Salinas. We are also in route to becoming the top school in the district. This objective cannot be done alone. Parents play an integral role in the academic development of our students. We are looking forward to an exciting year in which, together we will help El Sausal Middle School become the best school in the county.
